  • Upload documents to SkySlope/Dotloop

  • Coordinate with photographers, stagers, vendors

  • Track deadlines (inspection, appraisal, escrow)

  • Follow up with title, lender, cooperating agents

10:30–11:30 AM

  • Return calls/emails on broker’s behalf (where authorized)

  • Schedule showings, listing appointments, buyer consults

  • Send follow-up emails to clients

  • Coordinate with vendors, HOA, inspectors

11:30 AM–12:30 PM

12:30 AM–1:30 PM | Break

1:30–2:30 PM | CRM, Leads & Client Care

  • Input new leads into CRM

  • Assign leads to broker or agents

  • Update client notes

  • Send follow-up templates

  • Trigger automated campaigns

  • Prepare weekly seller/buyer updates

2:30–3:30 PM | Admin & Compliance

  • Review files for compliance

  • Upload missing disclosures

  • Track commission pipeline

  • Prepare invoices or commission disbursement sheets

3:30–4:30 PM | Scheduling

  • Confirm next-day appointments

  • Schedule inspections, walkthroughs, closings

  • Prepare next-day agenda for broker

  • Review upcoming deadlines

  • Coordinate travel/logistics if needed

4:30–5:00 PM

  • Send end-of-day summary
